On Mass Effect Three Endings & The Indoctrination Theory (Evidence Included)

My thoughts on the Mass Effect three endings, plus the indoctrination theory and evidence for it provided.

On the Reaper IFF mission in ME 2, you can see here at 2:24 that there’s mention of the walls moving or ‘the angles of the walls seem to press down on you’. In addition, at 3:29, there’s mention of a Reaper being able to warp reality by just being there, here.

This ties into here, at 1:55, where Anderson mentions about the walls moving after you’ve reached the beam. At 3:41, note the whispers. At 4:13, note the oily tendrils and the weird noise that occurs as it’s implied that at least the Illusive Man, if real, is taking control of you. Go to 5:10 and note Shepard holding his head as that weird noise is heard again. Now look at 5:57 and note that Shepard shoots Anderson around the stomach area. Now look at 11:36, where Shepard can be seen removing his hand from his stomach area. It’s covered in blood, yet only Anderson was shot there. In addition, Anderson had just died and Shepaerd is only shown holding his stomach area after that, as far as I am aware. Look at 13:27 now, there is no evidence of his hand being covered with blood as it was just a few minutes ago. At 16:16, Anderson is shown choosing the destroy option, yet it has a red hue. At 16:25, the ‘child’ says that it would wipe out all synthetic life and says Shepard is also partly synthetic. Implying he would die if that option is chosen. The child makes it seem like it’s the worst option. Yet the control option, with a blue hue, has the Illusive Man choosing it as shown here at 4:21. The Synthesis and Control options are represented as the best options. Illusive Man wanted to control the reapers, while Saren wanted to merge organic and synthetic life together. Shepard’s goal has always been to stop the reapers and destroy them. Anderson is also shown choosing that option, the man who’s Shepard’s friend, father figure and mentor. Note at 7:15 during the last link how the child disappears as well once the destroy option is chosen. Note here how the child remains while if the Control option is chosen.
