Tell us what you hate most that happens in this game.

Mario Kart is undoubtedly a great game franchise of games for the Nintendo. Always innovating in each series, with new characters, new vehicles, new modes of play to increase the interaction of the players and providing a lot of fun for several hours.

The last game of the franchise is the Mario Kart Wii, which has more than twenty characters and vehicles, including motorcycles, new tracks in addition to being able to play on some tracks of old games with some adaptations for the new game. The greatest innovations for the new Mario Kart is the fact that you can play with a steering wheel, simulating an actual race, and the on-line mode and can play up to 12 different players from around the world at the same time. Besides you can do tricks in the air making you gain a mini-turbo when you fall on the track after the realization of it.

But even being a very good game, in time to play things happen that leave either very angry, as:

You are playing on-line and someone starts to call you or the phone starts ringing;

You cost to get in first and someone throws a blue shell at you;

Thundercloud appears and you’re too bad you can not get rid of it;

You’re suddenly hit by a green shell;

When someone throws a fake item box in you;

You are currently in last place and so appears mushroom and you want a bullet bill;

When you play on-line and have people doing hack and they begin to use all the items in the game to mess up;

When you’re prancing the bike and someone hits you and you lose the balance;

When the bullet bill hits you and you hood twice and falls into the hole.

Post what else makes you angry at this game if you’re not on that list, ask what it is.

*Sorry ads have really messed up the formatting*

You need to get the amount of points, or more, in the Achievement description to unlock that Achievement. You get points for killing and destroying things in the Campaign. Below are how many points you get for killing/destroying each enemy/thing.

Enemies
Sentinel (5)
Grunt Minor (10)
Grunt Major (10)
Grunt Spec-Ops (10)
Grunt Heavy (10)
Drone Minor (10)
Drone Major (10)
Flood Carrier Form (10)
Human Flood (10)
Brute Flood (10)
Elite Flood (10)
Jackal Minor (15)
Brute Minor (20)
Brute Major (20)
Brute Ultra (20)
Jackal Sniper (20)
Flood Pure Form Stalker (20)
Flood Pure Form Ranged (30)
Flood Pure Form Tank (50)
Brute Stalker (30)
Brute Jumppack (30)
Brute Bodyguard (30)
Brute Captain (50)
Brute Captain Major (50)
Brute Captain Ultra (50)
Hunter (150)
Brute Chieftain – Weapon (150)
Brute Chieftain – Armour (150)

There are lots of different multipliers as well in the Meta-Game scoring. The first one you will notice is the time multiplier which is shown below your score in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. The largest multiplier you can get for this is 3X multiplier and depending on the mission and the time you take to complete it it drops in 0.5X sections until it reaches 1X. Below are the time boundaries for each multiplier on each mission.

Sierra 117
3.0X = 00.00 – 15.00
2.5X = 15.01 – 20.00
2.0X = 20.01 – 25.00
1.5X = 25.01 – 30.00
1.0X = 30.01 +

Depending on the difficulty you are playing on there is a different multiplier. On Easy you get at 0.25X Multiplier meaning you only get a quarter of your score, Normal gives you a 1X Multiplier, Heroic 2X and Legendary 4X. It may be tempting to do it on Legendary for this Multiplier but it also counts for deaths and betrayals, not just kills.

The final thing you can get Multipliers for is for activating skulls. I therefore recommend that before you try to get the meta-game achievements to play through the campaign and collect all the skulls; by doing this you can activate any of the skulls you want and do the meta-game on any mission so you don’t have to do them in order. The skull multipliers are as followed:

All of the multipliers apart from the time multiplier are added within the mission so you dont always need to see the amount of points needed in your score box as long as you have a time multiplier.

The way I recommend you to get the meta-game achievements is to set up a second controller that is doing nothing. The purpose of this is in case you die you don’t go back to a checkpoint lose all the points you have earned and more for dying. If you don’t have a second controller ask a friend on XBOX Live to be AFK or be a cautious support player. If you don’t have Live either (why not it’s what make the XBOX the best) just be really cautious that you don’t die.

Play on Normal, you get 1X Multiplier and it is much harder for you to die due to reduced skill in the enemy AI and reduced damage dealt to you. Next activate the following skulls:

Tough Luck – Spam and just aim grenades well

Catch – Just dodge anything blue or spiky, which you should be doing anyway

Famine – Just keep changing weapons and look out for supply drops

Fog – Who needs a Radar in Campaign

Thunderstorm – Higher rank = More points

Grunt Birthday Party – Made headshots worth it and a good way of knowing you got a headshot

IWHBYD – For fun

Cowbell – With tough luck more explosiveness is good

With all these added you will get a 9X Multplier, I think didn’t check on Halo 3.

Because Thunderstorm is activated try to make your two weapons a plasma pistol and a Battle Rifle except on the flood missions. This is so you get easily take out Brutes with the Headshot EMP combo which gets you more points becuase of the medal multiplier and the fact they are a higher rank because of the Thunderstorm skull.

Good luck, doing these will get you well on the way to getting the original 1000g on Halo 3.

Bowser is the final boss you will face in the Nintendo game Super Mario Bros 3. If you are wondering how to beat Bowser from Super Mario 3, then read these strategies and tips to tell you how to finish the game.

You’ve beat every last world in the game in Super Mario Brothers 3, and now it has come time to face Bowser. Bowser is the toughest character that you will face in the whole game, so its a good idea to have a set of strategies before you enter the boss room.

When the final Super Mario 3 boss battle starts, King Bowser will fall from the top of the room and shoot fireballs at you. After he does this, he will jump through the air. When he jumps in the air, he will go to where you are and try to fall right on top of you. Each time this happens, some of the bricks will break at the bottom.

Right when he is just about to smash you, move away as fast as you can. King Bowser will break some more of the blocks on the bottom. And if you moved fast enough, you won’t be dead.

You need to keep repeating these simple steps until he makes enough holes, and then falls through the bottom. Jump out of the way right before he falls, and he won’t hurt you.

There are other ways to take out King Bowser in Super Mario Brothers 3.

If you have a fire flower and use it for fireballs, you can take out Bowser by constantly hitting him with fireballs. It will take somewhere around 25 hits, in order to fry him completely.

Another way you can finish off Bowser is to use hammers. If you have a hammer suit, throw hammers at Bowser. It will only take about ten hits to beat him.

Another way you can beat Bowser in Mario 3 is to use the invincible Mario trick. This trick worked on the original Nintendo NES version, so it should work on the Nintendo Wii also.

This trick is easy to do, but if you have any super powers or you are big Mario, you will have to shrink down to your smallest size. You need to be small Mario in order for the trick to work. Just stay on the ground and let Bowser pound the bottom bricks. He won’t harm Mario as long as you are not moving around. If you try to jump, you will be killed.

Stay in one place, and jump real fast just before Bowser hits the last set of bricks. If you time it just right, you won’t die and you will defeat the game using invincible Mario.

These are some tricks and tips you can use to defeat the final boss in Super Mario Brothers 3 for the Nintendo Entertainment System. This game is also currently available for download on the Nintendo Wii.

I am sure most people by now have heard the incoming news of the new game for the Nintendo Wii named Super Mario Galaxy 2. This game is a follow-up, or sequel if you will, to the hit game named Super Mario Galaxy which sold over 10 million copies and has had tons of popular reviews and comments. People cannot wait for the new game because it brings up much desired features such as: bigger and stronger bosses, more levels, and more challenges and logic use when playing to make it very much more engaging, even more so than the first version. Many retailers have already agreed to sponsor and promote the new game, in part to bring people into their business places, but also because it is suspected that the game will be a massive hit due to the fact that it is in large demand after the first successful version and that people enjoy playing these types of games in general.

You can’t deny it. You’ve seen them everywhere, from the Internet flash movies to jokes on Family Guy. The little Italian plumber has made quite an impact on our culture. It’s only fair we give a tribute to the characters that glorified taking mushrooms to get high!

1. “Thank you, Mario! But our Princess is in another castle!”

Game: Super Mario Bros.
Character: Toad

You risk your life, Stomp on hundreds of Koopas and Goombas, dodged hammers that rain from the sky, defeat Bowser, and all you get for it is an obnoxious toad that has the balls to tell you that their princess is in another castle!? Well the plumber may not get laid this time, but there’s always next castle.

2. “Hi, I’m Daisy”

Game: Mario Kart Double Dash!!
Character: Princess Daisy

Oh for the love of God, Someone shut her up! Every time you flip from Princess Peach to Daisy, you get the same annoying phrase, over and over and over and… Well you get the point. Annoying as it may be, it has given birth to many jokes in flash animations and comic strips involving Princess Daisy and “The Goddamned Batman”.

3. “It’s a me, Mario!”

Game: Mario 64
Character: If you don’t know, you must live under a rock.

I have some fond memories playing Super Mario 64. From throwing bowser into mines to distorting Mario’s long face on the splash screen. But what stands out is the first thing that gamers hear when they turn on the console: “It’s a me, Mario”! This memorable phrase is the trademark start of many flash parodies, including my favorite: Super Mario Bros Z (Found on Newgrounds).

4. “Mario always defeats me… This time I became invincible and I STILL couldn’t beat him!”

Game: Paper Mario
Character: Bowser

Not quite the Internet meme, but a testament to Mario’s ability to thrash poor bowser every time. I mean how can you screw up invincibility!? You had him right where you wanted him and instead of making sure Mario was dead the first time, you ejected the paper hero far away, so that he could heal and come back with a way defeat you!

5. “I can’t believe I got kidnapped … again.”

Game: Paper Mario: The thousand Year Door
Character: Princess Peach

Poor Princess Peach just can’t catch a break. Nearly every game involves the princess being spirited away by some Dinosaur or Alien. This time it was the X-nauts (aliens). But that’s okay. The princess has a borderline psychotic, princess stalking computer to help her though her troubled times.

6. “What’s this…? Water…coming from your eyes?! Are you leaking, my dear?! Tastes salty!”

Game: Super Mario RPG: Legend of the 7 Stars
Character: Booster

If you’ve ever played Super Mario RPG, you would remember booster. The nut job with the killer playground palace! After the first fight with Bowser, You, Princess Toadstool (Peach) and Bowser are all scattered across the world by a giant sword that crashes the party. You meet up with the Princess only to find out that she was kidnapped by booster and is forcing her to wed him. He gets down to the chapel and peach starts crying. He tastes the tears that are flying out of her eyes and out pops his memorable phrase. I remember the first time I heard this, I was rolling around laughing.
