Sharing Files Between Xbox 360 and Playstation Three

hello everyone I’m starting a project that let me/you share files by any means possible without physically modding the PlayStation® 3 or/and xbox® 360

what we hope to accomplish

• movie/video sharing with all available format
• music/sound sharing with all available format
• viewing pictures (xbox 360 does not provide picture uploading)
• on screen streaming (able to quickly switch between PlayStation® 3 and xbox® 360)
• view  PlayStation® 3 and xbox® 360 files from your PC
• view PC file from your  PlayStation® 3 and xbox® 360

Also if this is a success everyone who help will get this hardware/software free, of course as a thanks for your help
