Which Gaming Console is Best for You?

  Lets start off with the cheapest of the three system the Nintendo Wii. In my opinion the Wii is more for the children although if you love classic Nintendo games i do recommend it for you for example two games that come to mind are Zelda and the super Mario bro. series. Some nice features the Wii has to offer is you can still play your Gamecube games on it if your a previous owner of a game cube, It has Internet capabilities although you have to pay for it, its a very slim device and you can pretty much take it everywhere, also the Wii’s remote has a built in censor so its more interactive. The Wii is a very simple console to start playing on the layout of the menu’s and things of that sort are very easy to get use to so most people can just pick up a controller and play. Another cool feature the Wii offers is you don’t have to go out and buy new controllers if you previously owned a game cube because they are compatible with the Wii and controllers are expensive they can run you up to sixty bucks a controller. The games for the Wii are a little cheaper then the other two consoles, most new games for the Wii are around fifty dollars compared to sixty to seventy dollars on the other two consoles. Although the games are cheaper there isn’t as big of a variety of games for the Wii, both the PlayStation and X-box offer a bigger selection.If your low on money and would like a game console or maybe you just want a pretty cheap console for your kid’s to play if so i recommend the Wii to you.

  The next system is Sony’s PlayStation 3. The ps3 is the priciest out of the 3 consoles. The graphics one the ps3 are wonder full compared to the Nintendo Wii, The ps3 is equip with a blue ray player which makes it the first console to ever do this. The blue ray players gives the ps3 the ability to have longer games because the blue ray Cd’s can fit so much more then a standard CD. Since the Cd’s can hold more there are exclusive games on the ps3 such as demon soul which would not fit on a normal CD. Just like the Wii the ps3 has Internet capabilities but on the ps3 there is no charge, which makes playing with friends on-line for free unlike the X-box 360. The PlayStation has recently come out with a slimmer version of the ps3 which is more practical and takes up far less room then the original but iv read some reviews and i have heard it loads a little slower in the original but i don’t know if this is true or not. If you are a big gamer i would recommend the PlayStation to you for the fact the games look good, big selection, and the on-line play is completely free.

  Third on the list is Microsoft’s X-box 360. The X-box is a great gaming device. Although X-box has some troubles in the past that i would like to talk about, The X-box sometimes experiences a problem known as “the red rings of death” which in short means your X-box is toast, there are a few things that cause this is X-box’s, One the heat from the system breaks the solder, Two the inter cooler takes a dump and quites working. But there are solutions to this if you have your proof of purchase X-box with pay to have it shipped out, fixed, and sent back without any money from you required. Enough about the downsides to the X-box there are many great games on the X-box and loads of exclusive games such as the Halo series and Fable series. The X-box has great graphics comparable to the ps3 and is loads of fun to play with friends and family. Another downside to 360 owners is they have to pay for on-line play which cost around 50 dollars a year which isn’t half bad compared to monthly prices of computer games. There was a price drop in the elite version of the X-box also and its now 299$ which is a pretty big price drop and there were no changes internally like the PlayStation so it runs as good as the originals minus the red rings of death. Gamers who like to have fun and delve into there games will like this console i really recommend the X-box 360 its a fun and very nice console to own for its price.
