Wii Fit
Here I will explain the benefits of Nintendo’s Wii Fit game.
I know, most of those who read this either own or have played Wii Fit. I have found this game to be quite entertaining, invigorating, and I always get a good workout when I play.
The first time I heard of Wii Fit, I thought it would be a wacky game for the wii that did absolutely nothing to help raise the quality level of my health (or anyone else’s health, for that matter). I had several Friends tell me that it was a great game and an excellent exercising tool, but I never figured to try it out. One day I decided to actually buy the game. Having no real idea of how the game was going to be, I put the disc into my Wii system, opened up the game, and had a great time. I found out quickly that you actually get a great amount of exercise playing the game.
There are many different activities to do. Most of these activities use the Wii Balance Board. Games that use the balance board include skiing and snowboarding. There are also many games to help with balance. And if you really want to get a workout, there are two whole sections devoted to yaga and sstrength training.
I don’t have much elese to say, but if you don’t have Wii Fit, you really need to get it.
