World 3-4 Star Coins New Super Mario Bros Wii
This level of 3-4 in New Super Mario Bros Wii is one of the classic ice themed levels. Just like in real life, if you slide on ice, you’ll also slide on ice in this Nintendo Wii game. Enter this winter world and find the three Star Coins.
This article will reveal to you how to find all three of the Star Coins for world 3-4 in New Super Mario Bros Wii. Ever since the classic Nintendo days of gaming, there has always been an ice world in the Super Mario Bros games. The first ice world seen in a Super Mario game, was way back during the Nintendo Entertainment System gaming days, when Mario and friends travelled to an ice world in Super Mario Bros 2. Now you can travel to another ice and snow themed world in the Nintendo Wii incarnation. Now on to finding the three items for this level.
When you go through this world there are several oval shaped ice platforms that move around. Near one of these moving platforms, you’ll find the first Star Coin for world 3-4 in New Super Mario Bros Wii. On a set of ice bricks is one of the fire brothers and below this enemy is one of the moving ice platforms. You’ll need to watch out for the fireballs from the fire brother as you try to jump over and get the coin. You can do this one of two ways. You can jump all the way from the two ice bricks over to where the fire brother is, or you can jump down to the moving ice platform. Both ways are equally dangerous, you just need to jump through the fireballs and make it out alive.
After you make it to the platform with the fire brother, jump on his head to get rid of him and then grab the first Nintendo item. The fire brothers shoot out a lot of fireballs, but if you watch them closely you can find a gap to jump through. Continue through the level and you will come to a part with two huge moving ice platforms. On this second huge moving ice platform is where you will find the second Star Coin for world 3-4 in New Super Mario Bros Wii. So far in this level there haven’t been many power ups, so you need to try to not get hit by the koopas. Really, the biggest threat you have to dying is falling down if you haven’t activated the red p-switch.
Go to this area in your Nintendo Wii game to get the second Star Coin. When you jump on the second huge moving ice platform, duck down with Mario and go under a section of ice. Look carefully at this section of ice and there is a little rectangular part missing in the ice. This little hole kind of gives you a clue that there is a secret area here in your Nintendo Wii game. Jump up with Super Mario in this missing section, and you’ll see a secret hidden area where the second Star Coin is at. Keep your eyes peeled while playing through New Super Mario Bros Wii for sections in the platforms and walls for missing parts. There could be a secret area there.
Now you’ve got the first two Nintendo items for your Wii game, and there is only one more left. The final one is easy to spot towards the end of the level. When you get towards the end, there are several sliding ice platforms and a fire brother at the top. Jumping over the sliding ice platforms is easy, you just need to avoid getting hit from the fireballs. With no special powers, you’re not going to be able to defeat the fire brother yet, so jump through the fireballs and quickly grab the third one. Your Nintendo Wii collecting for this level of 3-4 is now complete. If you want to get rid of the fire brother first, you could jump up there and hit a brick he is standing on to get rid of him. Either way, just avoid the fireballs and go for the coin.
This finishes finding all three Star Coins for world 3-4 in New Super Mario Bros Wii. This level has a lot of invisible blocks in it because the red p-switch has not been activated yet. You can go through without activating the switch, but the level will be harder. Need more help with New Super Mario Bros Wii?
