Ryse! Will It Make You Buy Kinect?

Ryse is a Kinect-based game from the makers of Crysis.

Crytek’s mysterious fighter from last year’s E3, Codename: Kingdoms, has been officially revealed as a Kinect-powered Roman fighter titled Ryse.

Ryse is an Xbox-exclusive title from Microsoft Studios and Crytek, with a release date TBA.

Ryse was officially announced at the Microsoft press conference with a short teaser showing off the power of Rome and the Kinect player’s real-time punches and dodges.

If you like gladiators and you want to fight through the fall of Rome Ryse is your game!

From what I’ve seen in the trailer at Microsoft’s big Xbox press conference there was a person standing in front of their Kinect sensor, swinging their arms to control a Roman fighter who could swing his sword, block and headbutt against enemies on a bridge.

While alot of people have been saying the Kinect is just a gimmick, games like Ryse may change the view on it.

Would you buy Kinect for a inovating game like Ryse?
