Are you a gaming enthusiast unable to make the hard inarguable choice of buying an xbox360 or ps3?

Its breaks down like this, Xbox360 is ranked number one by majority of the gaming community because of the games, Xbox offers the best retail games out in the market at the moment. It also has many exciting upcoming titles. But the biggest reason for it’s following is the online experience, it may not be free but you get what you pay for, and is considered one of the best online gaming experiences, its also the cheapest of the two, if your not planning on splashing the cash xbox360 is your console.

But of course the xbox360 is not perfect; it has many imperfections including the biggest product recall in the history of electronics, the infamous “Red Ring of Death”. Its other flaw is that it’s as loud as a hand held vacuum cleaner, which is very annoying seeming though it’s made to sit in your lounge.

Which brings me to choice number two the PS3 , most people buy the PS3 primarily for the Blue Ray DVD player, the PS3 happens to be the most cheapest and upgradable Blue Ray DVD player on the market,  unlike the xbox360 it is whisper quite,  its also heavily used for streaming TV and movie content, and podcasts. This is ideal as the PS3 has a great cross media browser that is easy to use, It has a large hardrive with admirable size. although the PS3 has a huge flaw.

This flaw being that there are barely any games on the market for the PS3, the online gaming experience is not even close to that of an xbox360.

The simple fact is that if you’re a hardcore gamer looking for a challenge buy an xbox360, it won’t let you down. But if you’re looking for an entertainment hub of games movies music and podcasts buy the PS3, you won’t regret it.
