First of all the best known way to achieve 99 constitution is no doubt the Soul Wars mini-game. If you can find the right predicting clan, you’ll receive 3 zeals (points) per game and 3 games per hour. Each zeal will come out to an average (calculated from experience given from level 1-99) of 6200 experience, therefore 55,800 experience per hour! Not only that, you can train constitution in the mini-game itself by killing monsters such as pyrefiends, jellies, or even other players. Therefore you should make at least around 60k exp per hour. Also, the quest Nomad’s Requiem rewards you with 70 zeals for you to spend. This is almost equal to 8 hours of playing.

If your computer lags a lot, soul wars might not be such a great choice because you might get logged out due to the lag, making you waste time and not being able to enter a game for a long time. So, an alternative is pest control. Each game averages 3 minutes (including wait time) if you’re in a crowded world. Also, you will likely win almost every game if you’re level 100+ and find a 100+ only world. Pest points give an average (from level 1-99) of 500 experience each. If you win every game (20 games per hour) at 4 zeals each you’ll receive 40,000 experience per hour. This isn’t as great as soul wars, but it’s a lot better than just training combat and more stable than soul wars if you lag a lot.

You can also get a bunch constitution experience by getting kudos at the Varrock museum. You can do this by doing history related quests, taking the quiz’s in the underground part of the museum, and by brushing artifacts.
