To start this strategy to kill the Pentagon tech you should be on somewhere where the Zombie thief has his movement limited to one path as well as can be seen when he is approaching. When the pentagon thief is coming toward you cook a grenade and hold on until it kills you. With the Quick Revive in your supply you will obtain  a Mustang and Sally combo. With these weapons you can unload your Pack-a-Punched ammo on the Pentagon Tech. If you can lay all you ammo on him if should kill him.

Another manner that can be used to kill the Pentagon Thief is be armed with a light weight, high powered weapon with high mobility such as a Ray Gun or the Winters Howl. If your weapon has a high mobility you are able to run just a little faster than the Pentagon Thief. If you are on the top or bottom floor of the War Room it is possible to run a circle path a stay in front of the zombie. If you turn and shoot the Zombie thief while back peddling he will continue to slow down. Continue this process until the Pentagon tech is killed.
