Here are some use-full tips for playing cod4 multiplayer:

• If you want to improve your kill-death ratio try using perks like juggernaut and martyrdom that will get you less likely killed and can kill someone after you die.
• Always use machine guns installed in some buildings. This are extremely power full with one shot killing the person and they do not run out of ammo. If you are scared of people coming up to you behind your back then put claymores.
• Use special servers like the shipment free for all server which always lets you play shipment with lots of players getting you huge amounts of experience.
• If you are within 1-10 steps of an enemy charge him and knife him rather then shooting him.
• Try using buildings effectively, shooting from windows and putting claymores behind you to make sure no one comes in
• Use pre-grenades by holding a grenade from some time and releasing it when the target comes to kill him instantly.
• For light machine guns always use grips instead of laser dots. You will still be able to shoot effectively but your gun will be much more accurate.
• Use the sleight of hand perk fro guns like assault guns and sub-machine guns so that you will not spend time on re-loading your guns.
• Don-t be afraid to pick up other guns lying on the floor because they might be very effective.
• Don’t use one gun. Use many different guns to complete challenges and get experience.
• Use ur air strikes effectiveley. Try to call them in after you die so that you can get another kill streak.
• Use a silencer if you are playing with a small amount of people so that they will not detect where you are.
• Use the map if there 10 or less people in your game so that you will not be attacked suddenly. If there are more it is useless because people will be appearing all the time.
• In domination defend your flags! Have two or more people wait at every flag so to not get it captured back because you win not by killing people but by holding more flags and when you win you get a lot more points.
