Combat Arms New Fireteam Mode

Combat Arms new Fireteam Mode brings cooperative game play to an all new level not seen in Combat Arms before. The new Fireteam mode allows Human Players to fight against a Computer enemy in an all out battle. The scene is set in a Desert City that reminds Me of places like Bagdad or even Afghanistan. You must fight in a door to door style combat clearing rooms, city streets an buildings.

Your team consists of 8 members, the Computer controls hundreds of enemies, but it’s not all about taking them out. You must choose Your targets wisely or risk running out of ammo. Luckily fallen enemies give rewards such as ammo an health packs. You must be fast in collecting them or another teammate will beat You to the punch an leave You defenseless.

In Combat Arms Fireteam mode there is Four stages You must complete. Each completed stage gives You, full health, ammo an brings You back to life. The first stage puts You in a back Alley, were You must battle it out with the enemy to reach the building Your Comrade is being held in. To start the second stage You must open the door to the building, but watch out the enemy maybe waiting for You.

The second stage involves an inner-graden within the building with a split level. Terrorist’s are shooting You from all sides, an from above. You must carfully take them out an battle Your way to the second floor. But watchout for there ambush an traps. If You set the the trap off it will cave the floor in and a rush of enemies will come running out an attack You. Quickly take them down to rescue Your Comrade, but You will find that it’s to late.

The third stage is part of Your escape, to start the third stage You must blow up a wall to the streets below an climb down. At this point there is to ways to get to the final stage. The first path is a dangerous one, there is a tank that fires at You every so often. Although it can kill You with one blast. If You get it’s timing done right. You can creep up using the walls, but watch out for snipers. The second path is not so dangerous. You Must go down an alley that opens left an right, at the end of the alley enemy troops will come in several waves to attack You.

You will want to take a right up the stairs (if You go left You will have to deal with the tank blasts) Becarful when going up the stairs the enemy is waiting to ambush You in full force, also beware of snipers. After those enemy troops are dispatched. go straight into the building an up th stairs, at the top several enemy are waiting to ambush You. Use of a nade is recommended. After reaching the second level, it will put You right above the tank. Simply shoot the tank until it’s destroyed an jump down.

Here is were the two paths meet up. There will be a road side bomb that goes off, once this happens enemy troops will come pouring from it’s direction. Careful positioning of Your team can set up a perfect wall of defense but watch out for the rocket launchers. After all the enemies have been taken out, You will make it to the next stage.

The final stage is set in a city, enemy troops are spread through out the streets as well as in windows an on roof tops. Since Your rescue plan is bust, Your new objective is to gain intelligence on the terrorist group, there is two spots were you can collect the data, both are buried deep in the buildings an one is in a basement. Once You have collected the data, the enemy will become more aware of Your presence. This is the most dangerous part of the mini game, extreme caution is highly recommended. You must find the extraction point to make Your final escape. Warning the extraction point is defended well.

If You are good enough You should have no trouble beating Fireteam an racking up some nice points. In addition to the standard reward, You will also receive special headgear. Fireteam has 3 modes normal, hard an extreme each of which gives You a better reward an is harder. Combat Arms is quickly improving the amount of game play with the introduction of Computer A.I. it’s just a matter of time before a new challenge is released.
