Counter-strike: Commands and What They Do

Hi guys:

Mostly my friends are asking me for the various counter-strike commands and what they do, well now all of you who doesn’t know any basic commands can get help from this article. The following commands are listed below with their description about what they do:

mp_freezetime 0: This command is used to remove the freezetime from the admins server therefore allowing the players to move at the start of the match without freezing for 6 seconds.

cl_bobcycle 0.6: This commands helps in keeping your shooting aim steady as it doesn’t make your aim move rapidly when shooting. The default bobcycle is 0.8.

sv_gravity 100: This is a command which reduces the gravity therefore making your guy float and jump a lot higher then usual. If you want to set it to default the command is sv_gravity 800.

sv_airaccelerator -25: This is an unusual command as much players do not know this one, this command is used when you jump in the air and press the opposite direction to where you want to go, the default command for this is sv_airaccelerator 25.

net_graph 1: This command displays a graph on your screen which shows you the lag in the game. A useful command as you don’t have to type it again and again as it will appear every time you open your game. To remove this command simply write net_graph 0.

mp_startmoney xxx: This command increases or decreases the amount of money which is given to a player in the start of a match, you can place the amount you wish in the place of the “xxx”. the normal amount which is given to you is 800$.

mp_roundtime x: This is the time round of a match which can be set by the admin, you can place any digit in place of x as the digit will be counted as a minute.

mp_friendlyfire 9999: This command is used to turn on friendly fire which means you can kill your team mates. the default for this command is 0.

sv_restart 1: This command is used to restart the server causing all the kills to restart and start again from 0.

kick: This command is used to kick any player within the server, just type the player name after kick.

alias name: Put this command and your name will get locked, till you restart your game.
