Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Mission Guide Pier 69

Drive over to Caesars location on the map. Use the stairs that are next to Caesars’s convertible to get up to the roof. You will need to take a run up and jump from this roof to the one Caesar is on. Zoom in with the sniper rifle and kill the gang on the roof before Wu Zi’s guys are killed. You will only have about ten seconds to do this, so move fast.

Jump down to the road and note the well stack pizza shop on your left as you approach the enemies. Pull out your Uzi and kill everyone around the cars. Move slowly down the pier, targeting the gang members quickly as you encounter them. If you get damged to much you can head back to the pizza place and recover your health. T-bone will be the last guy at the end of the pier. Use a sniper rifle on him if you like. As soon as the cut-scene is over you need to jump into the water and swim towards the two white boats very quickly because Ryder has quite a head start on you.

Jump into the boat and chase Ryder down, when you catch him, pull along side him, flick the camera on him, then pump the gas as needed to stay next to him (because your boat goes faster then his) while you open fire with your Uzi drive-by-style. That takes care of that stinking rat. drive the boat back to shore at San Fierro (your not quite able to move on to Las Venturas yet).
