Halo Hints
This article has some things I have found to make Bungie’s Halo CE, Halo 2, and Halo three easier for me in both campaign and Xbox live multiplayer. I hope they help you too.

Not many tips for this game because i haven’t played it in a while but it’s fun to go back and play sometimes.
- When fighting grunts jump around a lot they suck at aiming in case you forgot.
- Don’t wast sniper ammo on flood it doesn’t affect them in this game.
- Again with the flood the plasma weapons of the covenant have almost no effect, don’t waste your time.
Halo 2 This was a great game with revolutionary graphics.
- With this we introduce the skulls. tip do not pick up the blind skull on outskirts unless you want an intense challenge.
- If you are replaying the game start by going to the level quarantine zone on legendary and getting the sputnik skull at the beginning of the level. all of your grenades will do more damage.
- A great weapon combo is the sword(people say this is a noob weapon but it takes skill to use efficiently) and the sniper(with skill it can be used as mid to long range)
- On the last level when you go to fight Tartarus bring you banshee inside with you (this takes some maneuvering) and when the game starts the cut-scene before battle you will be booted out of your banshee. when the battle starts just go back to your banshee in the previous hallway and use it to kill Tartarus.
- when playing metropolis on legendary when you get to the scarab find the ultra(the white elite) and stick him. He will get pissed and pull out a sword which can be used to easily annihilate the other elites.
Halo 3 The most recent and most commonly played of the three.
- Using the grunt B-Day, and cowbell skulls makes the game much easier in campaign mode
- The IWHBYD skull makes the game much funnier by causing NPC to say funny things
- The catch skull causes your marine buddies to make use of their infinite grenade, in my opinion making them much better.

- At the beginning of the level tsavo highway go straight until you see an injured marine lying on the ground. kill him for his shotgun and get the shotgun ammo from the box on the way to the warthogs. This will help on the part with all of the drones.
- on crows nest when you are in the hanger after the barracks and the elevator some brutes will come out of a door in the opposite direction of continuing in the level. If you follow that path to the top there are some portable camouflage equipments.
- On the covenant when you have to fight two scarabs, don’t land on the scarab.just destroy them from the air i the hornets.
Now for multiplayer
- The SMG is not a long range weapon. no matter how stupid this sounds some people try to shoot them across the pit.
- You can’t shoot into a bubble shield, obvious, but you also cant shoot out, some people try.
- if you are around the corner from an enemy throw a frag grenade. then instead of walking around the corner jump around it most people won’t look up.just get a BR head-shot and they are dead.
- If you start to lose don’t flip out like a 7 year old…even if you are a 7 year old it just makes you do worse.
- If someone betrays you there may be a chance it was your fault.
- sniping does not mean run and try to no scope point blank.
- And last but not least DON’T SUCK AT FPS GAMES halo is not a third person game. Don’t start to play and then complain just play.
