Items Needed for 100% Magicka Reduction
- Dragonscale Armor (Legendary)
- Dragonscale Gauntlets (Legendary)
- Dragonscale Helmet (Legendary)
- Necklace of Ultimate Destruction
- Resist Boots (Legendary)
- Ring of Pure Destruction
As you can see from the video above, the user will be able to cast destruction spells absolutely free without the cost of mana! In fact, when they try to cast spells the Mana bar DISAPPEARS!
To make these armors you need level 100 Enchantment and level 100 Smithing. You can create the armor in any Magic School, and use your dragon scales.
