The Recent E3 2009 brought lots of highly anticipated Details on Infinity Ward’s Newest Title, Modern Warfare 2.
Originally a sequel to the Game of The Year award Winning game Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, The game takes a lot of the fans and ideas from the Call of Duty Franchise, and expands them into a very high anticipated game.
The Level of Game-play that we were shown at E3 was very detailed, spine tingling, and exciting. We are taken through Blizzard like conditions, walking right through the heart of the enemy, using a new technology “Heart Beat Sensors” with silenced weapons to take out enemies undetected. We are revealed that the man commanding us is none other than Captain Soap, the playable character in Call of Duty 4. Now we are following Soap through an enemy facility. Our mission to blow up the facilities explosives is shortly compromised as the enemies surround soap as we watch from a nearby catwalk. As it happens, we hear soap yell “go to plan b!” and detonate the satchels. We then rush out of the building and jump on a snowmobile, starting a thrilling race to escape.

sounds like an interesting release. However is the graphics and the price of $60 dollars worth picking up at all. The small details in general grabbed my attention. A good read though, looking forward to others.
