Here are some of my games… reviewed!

Warhawk – An excellent, up to 4 people on one console game, features 5 VERY large maps, with many different sections being their own map. You can buy another 3 maps from the Playstation Store. It has a grand total of 11 ground weapons; AK-47, Flamethrower, health pad, rocket launcher, wrench, knife, land mines, sniper, grenades, air-strike binoculars and Pistol. Each weapon has their upsides and downsides and are very realistic. For example, pistols aren’t very accurate standing up or far away, but pretty accurate close up and squatting. Warhawk also feautures Tanks, Turrets, Flak Cannons, Missile Turrets, Jeeps with turrets, APC (EXPANTION), Jetpacks (EXPANTION) and Planes. Planes come with 9 weapons; guns, homing missiles, swarm missiles, TOW missiles, Chaff, Air mines, Cluster bomb, and 2 others of which I cannot think of. Downside? HUGE learning curve. Fix for that? Download demo, get good against noobs, THEN buy game. This also allows you to see the game and whether or not you want it. My rating? 9/10.

LittleBigPlanet – LOADS of HOURS of fun. Creating your own levels is a blast, you can create just about anything! I have personally created tanks, cars, guns, and other objects. To give you the idea of the caliber of this thing, there is actually someone who created a simple calculator able to add and take away! You get to customize your guy, achieving new stuff as you go along in the game. Everything is really simple, but the puzzles in this game are what blow me away. I spent multiple hours on one level, “The Bunker”, but when you get bored of the single-to-four player campaign, go create! Its loads of fun, and again, you can build ANYTHING!! Downside? Single-to-four player campaign can get slightly boring after failing one too many times. Solution? Switch it up between Creating and playing levels for a sure way to have fun. Rating – 10/10.

Singstar – Not much to talk about, but fun game! Pick up the mic and sing to 38 songs that it comes with, then download your favs and sing them too! Lots of 2 player fun! Single player is fun too! Good party game! Downside – $2 per song. Solution – Either just be content with the 38 free ones, or, only get a few. Rating – 8/10.

Trivial Pursuit – For anyone who wants a great 4 player party game, this is it. Me and my friends stayed up ’till the wee hours of dawn playing this. The speaker congradulates and pulls you down. Lots of fun, and you can get new packs for it, ex; movie pack, tv pack… etc. Downside? The speaker starts repeating himself after awhile. Solution? Turn down the volume! 9/10.
