Hypno is a psychic type Pokemon that can be evolved when a Drowzee reaches level 26. Hypno’s special ability can either be Insomnia or Forewarn depending on which Pokemon game you are playing. Now onto the random facts for Hypno.

- Hypno weighs 166.7 pounds.
- Hypno’s shiny form is a dark pink color.
- Hypno’s name is derived from the word hypnosis.
- Hypno’s secret ability is Inner Focus.
Many people do not even know that Hypno is a Pokemon because Drowzee and Hypno are not in very many of the Pokemon games at all. To add onto the fact that they are not in a lot of the games, the games that they do appear in they can only be found in one or two places! This makes finding a Hypno or Drowzee extremely difficult! Anyway here are the few locations that you can find a Hypno at.
- Blue/Red - Cerulean Cave
- Crystal/Gold/Silver - Route 11
- LeafGreen/FireRed - Berry Forest
- SoulSilver/HeartGold - Safari Zone, and on Route 11
See I really was not lieing when I said Hypno was difficult to find. Remember that you can look at my Drowzee article in order to see all the places that you can find a Drowzee in order to evolve it into a Hypno. If Hypno is not in the game you need it to be in you can also always either trade or migrate in order to get a Hypno. Now even though Hypno is difficult to find it still has a lot of really great psychic moves which make it worth the search!
