Pikachu Guide for SSBB

Hi guys! If your here you probably know how pikachu works. To start off you have to know how to do pikachu’s air attacks. Then you pretty much start attacking your opponents with your dpwn smash since pikachu jumps pretty high. You should wait until your oppoents engage you. hang around and wait until your opponent come at you and then jump in and attack. If your opponent does not want to come near you just start spamming the b attack and annoy them. Here is one of the most important thing to keep in mind. You HAVE to use the thunder (down b) this is the  best move in your arsenal. This can kill your opponents once they are in  the air.

IF you knock them high in the air you have to use this move and basically you can do about 30+ damage or kill them. This thunder has improved since in meele it wasn’t that good. There is little lag time and big splash so dont hesitate to use it. now the down smash is good also sine it can inflict a great deal of damage to many opponents at once. Now one of the moves of pikachu that you want to aviod is the forward b move. It is basically useless unless you want to recover. Now if your not playing against your friends there is one tactic that is almost impossible to fail. First you start out with your b move and you dont stop until they engage. then you just us thunder as they approch. this is a great method if you want to annoy your opponents. Also pikachu has a great trait, he runs fairly fast so just run if you think your in trouble. Although this guide seems quite simple it is effective.
