Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Continuing the Legacy
SSBB, the 3rd installment in the Super Smash Bros. series carries on a legacy of games that sports an innovative and simple set of controls.

If you liked the last two installments of the Super Smash Bros. Series, then you’ll like brawl. Brawl introduces a brand new set of characters, as well as retaining most of the veterans, and brings new stages into play as well. While story mode, which has been named the “Subspace Emissary” was a little repetitive, it enhanced the experience, and overall gave the game a little more depth.
The concept of Wi-fi Multiplayer Mode was great, though the execution has yet to be perfected, as we experience rather severe lag during most matches, and sending of files requires that others be registered with their Wii Number as well as their Brawl FriendCode.
Overall, Brawl is a great game that continues the line of Super Smash Bros. games, and is very enjoyable when playing with friends. The only real downside when comparing Melee and Brawl is that in Brawl, you can unlock everything a little too quickly, but that doesn’t detract from its fun ability to provide hours of fun.
As the third installment in the Smash Bros. Series, this game simply carries on a legacy of success. Its controls are not complicated, and unlike other fighting games, lack long button-mashing combos, and that in itself is the key to its success.
