Tom Clancy’s Endwar Unit Promotions

For each unit you incapacitate, that unit gets 1 XP. (You do not get XP for unit-killing!)

For each minute a unit survives, it gets .2 XP. (The max per game is 10 XP!)

For each uplink you capture, that unit gets .75 XP. (For riflemen and engineers only!)

For each unit that you incapacitate with off-map supports, your command vehicle gets 1 XP.

Promotion levels:

0XP: Recruit

8XP: Regular

24XP: Hardened

52XP: Veteran

100XP: Elite

160XP: Legendary

Getting your unit killed will make them go back to recruit rank so evacuate your units when their health is below 50%, dont mismatch units (gunship vs. transport, tank vs. gunship, etc.) Try to keep a good combat chain with you, so instead of bringing just a tank, bring at least a tank and a gunship, tank and a transport, or all 3 so you will have the advantage.
