Top 20 Games for Xbox 360
A top 20 list of xbox 360 games that I have played.
#20
Mercenaries 2
I have always been a big fan of open world sandbox games, and Mercenaries 2 is a great example of this. This game brings back the same edge from Mercenaries 1, but with much more. I enjoyed playing this game a lot. The most memorable moment was calling in nuclear strikes. Not to mention this game has probably the most catch theme song of all time.
#19
Viking Battle for Asgaard
I love Norse Mythology, and I love seeing it incorporated into video games. I would have put it higher on my list, but people would probably yell at me. This game is not for the average gamer, but if you like norse mythology, put on some amon amarth and fight for the sake of midgard and asgaard!
#18
Brutal Legend
I am a metal head through and through so this game was a breath of fresh air. What is there not to love about a game full of heavy metal and Jack Black? The failed rts portion for one. Other than that this game was amazing. It had countless metal icons and culture in the story. Only a few things held this game back from being higher on the list.
#17
The Godfather 2
This is another good sandbox game. The reason I really liked this game was it made me feel like I was the don. The ability to send other people to take care of problems for you, and for you to actually go and shake down store owners yourself. It also shows the climb to power through the mafia family. This game was done very well, but does get pretty repetitious after awhile.
#16
Prototype 1 & 2
Even though this game was somewhat short and very repetitive, it was really fun. The story line keeps you entertained and the powers give you a god like feeling. This game makes you fee like a bad ass and is a lot of fun. The average gamer would probably enjoy it.
#15
Just Cause 2
I have never played Just Cause 1, but Just Cause 2 was a barrel full of fun. I would have never thought I would be able to grapple from airplane to airplane in a game. This game doesn’t take itself very seriously in the physics side, but that works to its advantage. The grappling hook in this game pretty much makes it. You can grapple to and from anything. which leaves only imagination as the limit. Towards the end it gets too playful with the storyline, and it kind of seemed like they ran out of ideas, but I still had fun with it.
