Top Five Tower Defence PSN Games

For those of you out there that don’t know what tower defence games are they are basically games in where you have to build defence buildings to defend your base against waves of enemy units, which gives its name tower defence.

Comet Crash ~ In my opinion this is not only the best tower defence game but one of best games on the ps3. This is a very simple and easy game to pick up but rather than the objective to survive enemy waves the goal of this game is to send units to the enemy’s base and destroy them before they can destroy you. This game is pretty good for a few bucks with over 28 levels you will get hours upon hours of nothing but enjoyment from this game.

Savage Moon ~ This is like your average tower defence game but feels more future like as you begin as a space commander defending your base from enemy creatures. This game pack a lot of content as it so diverse in the building that you build, the planets you defend and the creatures you have to destroy. This is a very good game if you are into tower defence games as it will keep you busy for quite a while.

Pixeljunk Monsters ~ This is another pixeljunk game but in the form of a tower defence game. This is a very simple and easy to understand game. You are defending your base from monsters as they follow a path to your base but there are trees along the paths and you can turn those trees into towers to defend your base from the monsters. This is a great tower defence game from a well known group of game creators.

Crystal Defenders ~ This is a tower defence game but instead of having a base you just have to stop the creatures from getting from one end of a path to the other end of the path by placing people like archers, warriors or mages next to the path to destroy the creature. This is a simple game that slowly adds more and more challenges and expands the amount of defence you have available to choose from.

Greed Corp ~ This is a tower defence game with a twist of real time strategy as the world has now dwindling resources it is up to you to make sure that you are the only one standing so that you can take these resources for yourself. You play against three opponents and the four of you must battle it out while trying to take the resource from the land. This is a quick and fast moving game but is worth the money.
