Tears of Guthix

Intro

The Tears of Guthix mini-game is a fast way to level up your lowest skill. If you’re new to P2P, this is something you should look into. The idea of the mini-game is that you tell Juna a story, and she allows you to collect tears of Guthix. The more tears you collect, the more experience you gain in your lowest skill.

Requirements

• Light source (optional)
• Tinderbox (optional)
• Spiny helm (optional)

Location

To access the Tears of Guthix, you must speak to Juna (the serpent). To get to her, head to the Lumbridge swamp (south, and a little west, of the Lunbridge Castle). Look for the dungeon entrance and climb down the rope. Head north a bit, then turn east, and keep heading south-east. You will reach some frogs and must jump across the slimy stone. Go through the entrance and head south until you find Juna.

Goal

You are required to collect blue tears in a bowl. You need to collect as many blue tears as you can within the time limit. Collecting green tears will remove blue tears, which is bad. Collecting a large amount of blue tears will yield a larger amount of experience. The experience is awarded to your lowest skill. In the even that you have multiple lowest skills at the same level, it’s awarded to the skill with the least amount of experience.

Strategies

When in the mini-game, stick to one of the 3 walls, as walking back and forth between the walls will waste valuable time. 

Limitations

You are permitted to play the Tears of Guthix mini-game once per week. You must also gain at least 100,000 experience or gain a quest point in order to return. If none of those requirements are met, you will not be able to play the mini-game.
