When you go back to the Zora Hall for the second time you can talk to all the people inside to get a low down on what has been happening. Now the first door that you come to in the Zora Hall was formerly Mikaus room. Go here and take a look at the bunk bed in his room. You can’t get on top of the bed because of the broken ladder, so thank God that you just happen to have a Hookshot.
Read the book on top of the bed and you will learn the part of another song. Now go out of Mikaus room and go into the very next room. The next room in Zora Hall is Japas room. Wait, do you recognize a familiar tune here in this room? If you do, you must be a fan of the original Legend Of Zelda Nintendo game. Play the part of the song that you just learned from the last room. Now you will learn the complete parts of the song. Go into the next room, which is the Zora called Evan. Wait, here we go again. For your efforts, you get a heart piece.
Now go through the passageway that leads outside. No, not to the entrance. There is a little hallway that takes you outside of the Zora Hall. This is where the Zora Lulu is at. There is a owl statue here, so be sure to activate it. Play the song you learned from the Zora Eggs quest, the new wave bossa nova, and Zora Lulu will sing with you.
