Are Games Too Easy Nowadays?
I’ve noticed that the retro games were really difficult to play all the way to the end and required good reflexes. What happend?
Becasue nowadays you can finish a game in a few hours which is really stupid because I dont feel like spending money on games which are finished in a few hours anyway but not all the games are like that. RPG’s and online games are diffrent I’ve noticed. I’m currently playing both Call of Duty Black Ops and Final Fantasy 13. About those 2. Call of Duty Black Ops is a great FPS which offers both single and multiplayer mode. With the multiplayer mode you basicly got an unlimited time to play which is really worth your money and for Final Fantasy. I was amazed how long this game lasts because I’m currently at chapter 11 and I think it goes till 13 or something? Well anyway at chapter 11 you have this thing called mission and it total I read there are 65 of them!!! and I already spent hours doing 1 till 13 so I was really excited when I heared this getting so much from one game is just awesome. But other games like… Assasins Creed 1. I finished that game in lets say..3-4 hours? It could be less but I did a lot of exploring and fighting and trophy stuff. but is it really worth your money? with an end boss which is really easy to kill? It’s just an example of lots of other games. So is it true? Are games really too easy nowadays?
Btw I played some retro games like megaman which where freakin hard already but its fun to face a challenge.
