How to Beat Jenova Birth in Final Fantasy Seven

This boss is called Jenova Birth and it isn’t too hard of a battle. This Final Fantasy VII boss has about 4000 hit points and the battle shouldn’t last too long. If you have been exploring the world map and leveling up, you will have a pretty easy time battling with this boss. If you haven’t been defeating enemies, and leveling up on the world map, go back and do that for awhile before you encounter this boss.

The Jenova Birth keeps using laser attacks on your party members. It will use the tail laser and the W laser to try to wipe you out. When it keeps using this, watch your limit breaks, as they should fill up more.

So what strategies can you use against this Final Fantasy 7 boss? Well, with each turn, the boss can use two different attacks which will fill up the limit breaks. So be sure to use your limit breaks when its time.

Using magic is also very effective against this boss. At this point in the game, you should already have fire2 and bolt2 magic spells. Use these spells against the Jenova Birth. You should also have a summon materia called Shiva. Use the Shiva summon on this boss, to do a lot of damage.
