Farmville is Facing New Court Process!

According to the website joystick.com the company Zynga, which is responsible for some of the most popular FaceBook games, like Farmville, Cityville and Empires and Allies, is now going to be prosecuted by SocialApps due to copyright infringements on the source code of the game Myfarm.

Recently SocialApps had signed an agreement in which it authorized Zynga to use the source code developed by the original company. However, there were compensation fees that needed to be paid. But, now SocialApps acusses Zynga of never following the agreement.

This is not the first time that Zynga sees itself facing a court case, since last year it was also accused of not owning the right of the name Mafia Wars [another of the company biggest games].
