Halo Legends: They’ve Earned That Title for a Reason

It’s Halo Anime Time! Way yeah! Way yeah!

Halo and Anime have earned their places in my heart, and finding out the two were going to come together in one glorious union equal to beauty as Yuri *Glazed over eyes*…or Yuri Catgirls with guns! *Eyes glazed over even more*. Somehow, right now, I want to quote anything that could add onto this moment of joy for all who already know or to anyone actually reading this to find out. The situation is pretty much like The Animatrix or Batman: Gotham Knight, with it going to be multiple animations studios creating individual shorts (Five studios and seven shorts in total….go and find out). Six of them are going all canon to the series while the seventh will be a parody (Toei is doing that one *Thumps up*).

The trailer (Link at the end) doesn’t show a lot of each animation but does show enough to bring me into a fit of excitement at only repeating the small snippets. The animation looks like it’s going to give us a new way of seeing the universe of Halo. Fooly Cooly style would be a breathtaking thought of how that could plan out (Fooly Cooly was surreal and also insane….Halo would become a universe unheard of *Eyes glazed over*) Master Chief racing along to blast everyone with Spartan Laser in awesome blasts of masterful beauty mixed in with great music.

How this could help an already massive franchise is a pure and simple look at how many people enjoy anime and how this sort of thing’s been done already with two established franchises (Matrix and Batman). Doing it with a few studios allows to present the same world in multiple ways without limiting it to just one style of animation and the fan base factor of different studios involved.

Next year is Halo anime time!

Thought of the Day: August 5th:

Got onto the thought of how’s mind twisted about to the idea of change becoming a clear factor of how I am now. I’ve read more novels then in the last ten years of my life….I guess this is me skipping pass young adult stuff and onto the defining classics (Never read anything aimed at kids or teenagers in my life).

“Skipping the rocks across the river to catch up with the rest before it’s too late.”
