How to be a Frost User in Arcanists

Well first of all frost book is one of the most powerful books there is.

Most people use the frost book as a suicide help! They use the Ice Shield and stand on that person and then go crazy with their Ice Bomb. (or comet but without Ice Shield) I personally use this as a last resort, works very effective!

Frost has so much more then just that, it makes you able to walk on water (your familiars can just stand on it, not walk) and if you charge your frost it makes you jump higher! The jumping ability is not that useful for you – but you’re Frost Giant will definitely have benefits thanks to it!

One of the most useful things there are about Frost book is that the Ice Castle heals when snow falls on it. With snow I mean the snow your Frost Giant generates, also the blizzard spells work! (Familiars also benefit from it)

With those things in mind half the work is already done, but in rated (or un-rated games) you’ll have trouble keeping in that tower – or you wont have enough time. You need a second tower for this (greatly suggested), as if your opponent would be a Lich I would suggest the Sphere Of healing and castle Of Light. And of-course the Arcane Gate and Flash spell are a must in every book, so you know how a frost user’s (mine at least) looks like.

How to use them is a whole other story and is for every one different. I like trapping them with my familiars and towering and using Blizzard – FUN! Now show them how a frost user is!
