How to Beat Sea Snakes in Legend of Zelda Majora’s Mask

During the final part of the Zora Eggs quest in Legend Of Zelda Majora’s Mask you will need to fight with the Sea Snakes. These Zelda enemies are also called the Deep Pythons. Follow the Nintendo strategies below to win this fight.

When you go to the Great Bay Coast in Legend Of Zelda Majora’s Mask, you will need to embark on the Zora Eggs quest. You need to complete this before going to the third dungeon in the game. There are a total of seven Zora Eggs to find in the quest, and the final eggs will need to be found in the depths of the water. You will find four of the eggs in the pirate fortress, and the last three are out in the ocean.

Here is how you find the Sea Snakes or the Deep Pythons in Legend Of Zelda Majora’s Mask. If you went inside of the fisherman’s hut on the coast, then you should remember an aquarium with a seahorse inside of it. You can’t miss the seahorse, because the camera pans right behind the aquarium when you go inside the hut. You need to get this seahorse to find the Sea Snakes. This Legend Of Zelda Nintendo game has tons of side quests and here we go with another one.

When you talk to the fisherman inside of the hut, he tells you about how he would love to have a picture of one of the pirates. While you search for the first four eggs will be the perfect time to snap a picture with the Pictograph Box. Or if you already have the first four, return to the pirate fortress and get a decent picture of one of the pirates. You don’t have to get a perfect pic, just a good enough one kind of close, and a full picture of the whole pirate. Now you will be able to complete this Legend Of Zelda mini quest.

After you give the pic to the fisherman guy in the hut, you will get the seahorse. Take the seahorse into the ocean and follow him. The seahorse tells Link that he needs to go to pinnacle rock out in the ocean. If you look out there in the ocean from the Great Bay Coast, you’ll be able to see rocks coming out of the water. This is the pinnacle rock that the seahorse is talking about. This is the first time Link has ever joined in with help from a seahorse in all of his Legend Of Zelda Nintendo quests.

This is the only time in the game also. The seahorse won’t return again. Use your Zora Mask and go to the bottom of the ocean and release the seahorse that is inside of your bottle. Follow the seahorse to pinnacle rock and you will find some caves with the Sea Snakes. Here are some easy tips on beating them. Since you’re a Zora, it would make sense that you will need to use some of the Zora techniques to fight these enemies.

When you first get the Zora Mask in Legend Of Zelda, you can read the grave on all the different techniques that you can use. Use the electric Zora shield to take out all of the sea snakes. Go to the side of the caves and this will activate or send the Sea Snakes out of their caves. Now use the Zora shield with the R button and hit the side of the Sea Snake. Keep using your electric shield a few times against the enemies to defeat them.

When using the Zora Link in Legend Of Zelda Majora’s Mask, this will use up your magic. You might get low on your magic when you keep using the shield. If you do run low on your magic, you can go to the bottom where the area of the caves are to get magic jars. This is an easy way to refill your magic when getting the rest of the Zora Eggs. The final three eggs are here in the caves where you battle with the Sea Snakes.

This is how you defeat the Sea Snakes or Deep Pythons in Legend Of Zelda Majora’s Mask. Just keep using your electric shield on the body and neck of the enemies two times or so, to defeat them. After you get to the last three Zora Eggs, put them in your bottles and return them to the marine research laboratory. You are now finished with the Zora Eggs quest. After this you can go to the third Legend Of Zelda Majora’s Mask dungeon in the game. Stay tuned for more video game, Playstation and Nintendo tips.
