How to Become a Member of The Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion

Hello in this guide I will show you how to become a member of the dark brotherhood in Oblivion.Lets get started!

(At the start of the game you must have chosen the shadow as your star sign or this will not work)

1. You must kill a civilian in the city you will get the message ”Your killings have been observed by forces unknown…” (check there are no guards around while doing this).
2. You must go to sleep either at your house or in an inn(you can not do this during a quest).
3. A member of the dark brotherhood will appear and tell you to the quest ”A knife in the dark” do so.
4. Head to Cheydinhal and find a door leading underground you should see a red door at the back of this underground passage.Enter it.

Congratulations you are now a member of the dark brotherhood,their guild can be used to escape guards and you will receive armour upon entering.
