How to Clone Pokemon on Gold, Silver, and Crystal

To start things off, have at least two pokemon in your inventory outside of the Pc. Now switch to a New Box on the Pc with absolutely no Pokemon already in it. You can deposit 1-5 Pokemon from your inventory and they all will be cloned.  Start by cloning newbish/easy to get pokemon because there is a change of your pokemon being deleted by doing this. After you’ve deposited the pokemon you want to clone, switch to another Pc Box with absolutely no Pokemon in it. It’ll ask you to save the game and as soon as it says this completely “SAVING… DON’T TURN OFF THE POWER”, then turn off the game.

It is easy to clone Pokemon with Pokemon Gold and Silver, but this proves to be difficult to clone on Crystal. It is possible to clone on Crystal. You just need to practice the timing of turning off the power. This also clones the items attached to your cloned Pokemon. This comes in handy for making extra Master Ball, Rare Candies, etc.
