How to Hack Offline Account on Mw2 on Ps3

I have found a way to hack the offline account on the ps3, and al you have to do is follow my instructions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111.
MW2 Offline Acct.
- Create offline acct.
- Insert USB Flash Drive.
- Send Offline Acct. to Flash Drive under saved game data.
- Unplug Flash Drive.
- Get on Computer
- Download HeXeditor
- Inser Flash Drive into Computer
- Open PS3 File With HeXeditor Program
- Higlite All BUT the FIRST line of #’s
- Left Click
- Scroll Down
- Change All #’s to 46
- All on the side FF
- There You Are ALL guns, ammo, perks, level 70 10th prestige
- ONLY OFFLINE

I do this EXACTLY the way everybody does it however i keep getting “data corrupt” every time. Some one said its because i live in Europe… which is not the case Im in CA. i dont have this one hooked up to the internet at all. is it because of that?
