How to Play the Fun Game of Mafia with Friends

To play the game Mafia, you will need at least a group of 4 players, but i suggest you have at least 6. To play the game you will need a deck of cards.
First you need to select one person to be the narrator.The narrator will not be in the game but is an important participant in the game.
Now you will need an Ace, King, and Queen. The Ace will represent the Mafia, the King will represent the sheriff, and the queen will represent the Doctor/Nurse. The extra cards will be non face cards and will represent the city.For Example: if you have 7 players you will have 4 Non face cards and then the Ace, King, and Queen.
Have the Narrator distribute all the cards.Now the Narrator will say, “Villagers go to sleep”.The whole town will go to sleep even if you got an Ace, King or Queen.Going to sleep means closing their eyes.
After everyone has their eyes shut the Narrator will say, “Mafia wake up”.Whoever got dealt the Ace will wake up
The narrator will then say “Mafia who do you want to kill?”
Thats when the person with the ace or the Mafia will point to whomever they choose to get rid of.
The Narrator will now say “mafia go to sleep” “sheriff wake up”whomever got dealt the king will open their eyes…
The narrator will say “sheriff who do you accuse?”In which then the sheriff will point to whomever they choose to accuse. if they point at the right person, meaning if the person they choose is in the mafia. the narrator will nod their head yes. if not the narrator will shake their head no.
Then the narrator will say sheriff “go to sleep” “doctor wake up”The doctor will wake up and the narrator will say “doctor who do you want to save”Whoever the doctor points to will be saved. and can not die.Narrator: “doctor go to sleep”Narrator:”everybody wake up”
everybody will open their eyes.So then the narrator will come up with a story for whoever got killed…For example, billy was walking down the street when a car was going 50mph and took a sharp turn, this startled billy and he died of a heart attack.
Billy is now out of the game. Unless the doctor pointed to him and saved him. then the story might end with “billy jumped out of the way and was fine.”
Now everyone will accuse whoever they think the mafia.Say the sheriff pointed to the right person he will try and convince everyone that that person did it and he 100percent sure about this hinting to everyone that he is the sheriff.although whoever the townspeople accuse will die then revealing if their innocent or not.then you repeat the whole process over again. till you run out of players deciding if the mafia wins or not.
If the mafia gets accused and dies the game is over.The doctor can choose himself to save.you can have however many doctors sheriffs and mafia as you want.
