How to Stealth Patch Xbox 360 Games

Hello! Today I will be telling you how to stealth patch your Xbox 360 games. I take no reponsibility for what you do to your games. This is for entertainment purposes only! Let’s get started.

Why stealth patch? I will make it simple for you. If you were to burn your iso and attempt to play it, you would be banned nearly instantly upon connection. They will typically suspect you have a j-tag mainly because if you own one, you do not have to stealth patch to play online.

Why would you want to stealth patch? Many users damage their game discs over time and rely on making backups (This is legal if you own the game.) Which of course requires you to have first flashed your consoles DVD drive to play them. They are required to stealth patch to use any of the online functions. Some people will hotswap to install then use the retail copy to play.

Software required:

ABGX360 – abgx360.net/

You should have your [game.iso] file ready ahead of time. Now open abgx360. You will get this window.

Go to the “AutoFix” tab.

1. Browse for your [game.iso] file.

2. Set the “AutoFix Threshold” to “Level 3 – AutoFix if stealth passes but fails verification.” This is the best option for all games.

3. Now that your game is selected and the autofix has been selected, hit launch.

Stealth patching only takes a couple minutes. If everything passes, then the game is ok to play online. If something does not match, you have a bad rip. If you have modified the game in any way, you will get a message at the very bottom saying, “Stealth was verified but game data wasn’t.” This is fine, as long as it passes the stealth check.

Here is an example of a modified game going through a stealth patch. Please note this iso and the original have been removed from my PC the moment after I got the screenshot.

If any of these “Video, V0, V1, PFI, DMI, SS, XeX” don’t match, you may find ones that match at abgx.net. If not, you will need to create or find a better rip.
