Ignition – The Good Driver Guide
Ignition, this game back in the 90’s was one of the first 3-D games released for Pentium MMX. The graphics were top class and the sounds used the latest in audio technology. This game shines in the multi player mode but specially in the Artificial Intelligence, making it a tough job for those who dare to join the Championship.
Pick the Enforcer to begin. This is the fastest car you can get right now. You need all the speed you can get because the computer is always faster than you.
After doing the first step, it´s time to move on. Now all you need to do is to learn how to corner properly. You can never touch the walls. The speed you lose makes a second in each lap which is more than enough to make or break your record.
Repetition is the key to learning. Race all tracks several times in the Trial mode and see how you do later with the ghost. Your ghost is the best tool to learn where you lose speed. Once you finish it move to the forth step.
Success is within your grasp, now you need learn how to use the Turbo. With the right car and used in the right place, it can mean a victory. The turbo can never be there filled up, you should unleash the extra power every time you have a chance. Use the turbo only after a tight corner to get the speed back again. Using it while at top speed is suicide, you might crash and lose all the advantage.
And now luck plays an important role. You will have stones, thunderbolts and other nature bad things to slow you down but you can try to avoid them. For example, the train can be evaded with a right timed turbo.
Feel like a winner? And you should but not yet. You still need to learn how the gears work. If you choose manual gears you will have more control over your car, but you must be quick if you want to use the R gear plus never ride in the Low gear. Even the High gear has more acceleration.
Take another learning step now. If you go for automatic gears, in the start wait for the high gear, only then you can use the turbo.
Now I want you to understand it will take some time for you to get a faster reaction time to master this racing game. Repetition is the key so as soon as you lose, do it all over again.

Not really into this sort of stuff…nice work anyway : ))
