Maplestory Release Date: Chaos Update! PvP System and Much More!

Hello MapleStory Fans!

Just recently, Nexon developers were interviewed about the future of MapleStory. 

The interview was mainly talking about the successfulness of Big Bang, and what players should expect later on. Now, to the main point, when asked about the future of MapleStory, Nexon developers answered by saying this summer, “Chaos” will be hitting MapleStory, with a long awaited PvP System! 

Chaos will be an extension of the current Black Mage storyline, and will feature new areas, PQs and the PvP System! New Zones such as the “future” of Henesys. Players will travel to Temple of Time, go through a portal to see the future of Henesys. Chief Stan will be a ghost, and his son, Alex, will take over as the Chief. There is chaos everywhere, as the Black Mage has now successfully taken over Henesys. Everything is destroyed, and the monsters are now mutated. They are all level 160+ and do a great deal of damage. Your quest is to try change the future of Henesys.

The Chaos patch will be one of the greatest moments of MapleStory history, as it will be even bigger than Big Bang!

My guess is that Chaos will bring back many Veteran members, just like Big Bang did. Who knows, maybe Nexon will increase the level limit to 250 or 300!
