Mobile Applications to Play with Your Friends!

I know many of you who already have smartphones already know most of the great applications that come readily available for free. This is for people who have not played with the app store and are looking for some fun things to do.

Pocket Legends:

Pocket Legends is a free MMORPG… for your phone! I have to be honest, when I typed mmo in the market, I didn’t actually expect to find one, and even so I didn’t expect to find one as a great as this. In this game you can choose between 3 classes, the classes are; Warrior, Mage, and Archer. You can add friends, send messages, quest, even start a party and kill things as a group. It’s a great way to pass time, and it really is fun.

Words With Friends:

Words with friends is basically scrabble. It is the number 1 mobile word game! This application is free, and was made by the popular Zynga. You and your friends can battle it out in a long lasting word game. You can have more than one game going at a time. All you have to do is download the application, sign up, and battle your friends, or even a random player! This game is available on the iPod, iTouch, iPad, and Android.

Chess With Friends:

Chess With Friends was voted number 1 best free game 2008 by bestappever.com. There are 500k online users, you can challenge friends or random opponents. This application allows you to play up to 20 games simultaneously. There are also push notifications to let you know it’s your turn!

These are just a few free mobile applications that I have had fun playing with for the past few days. They are a really great way to pass time, and have fun with your friends at the same time.
