Everyone know the card game UNO. It consists of getting rid of all the cards in your hands. You get rid of them when a same color or a same number/symbol card is played by the person of the person that is before you. It is a great game. For the Iphone/Ipod Touch, I have not encountered any problems with the playability of this game.

2. Rolando

Rolando is a game in which you control little balls called Rolandos by tilting your iPhone/iPod Touch. You have to get to the golden door to complete a level. You can choose either to control Rolandos as a group or one only. The storyline of this game consists of saving the Rolando Sages from the evil that has just invaded Rolandoland. You’ll find a wide variety of rolandos. Some you can’t control (The Royals). Some can stick to walls (Royal Spikey Commandos). Others are just the normal type which can, like every other except the Royals, jump. There are two type of stages. One in which you control the Rolandos, another in which you control the gravity. Rolandoland is divided into 4 places, each one has one gravity controlling level. Rolando 2: Quest for the Golden Orchid is to be expected soon.

3. Tetris

Everyone knows the block dropping game Tetris. It has been ported to most handhelds and now the iPhone. The game Tetris, on the NES and on the Gameboy and on the iPhone has always been a big hit It consists of dropping blocks in rows. When you fill a row, that row disappears. Continue filling rows to win levels, but be careful. If you get to the top leaving spaces blank then you will lose.

4. Eliss

Eliss is a innovative puzzle game that consists of joining same color “planets” so that you make them fit in the same color squeesars and making supernovas. You may also need to split planets as to fit in squeesars. Different color planets, if they collide, will lose start destroying themselves and therefore your health bar. When the health bar is drained, you lose the game. This game has been noted for its difficulty, but a little challenge never hurt anybody.

5. Flight Control

This game is a game in which you try to beat your high score by landing different aircrafts in their specified field while avoiding a crash. You draw the paths you want the aircrafts to take and they follow it. In the new version there are 2 new airfields and new aircrafts to land in them.

This game is not new in the iPhone games list. Nevertheless, it is a good game. It consists of driving a car made of jelly to the goal. The game has 3 stage types that differ by difficulty. If you touch the car it becomes big, if you touch it again it returns to being small. You have a time limit of being big. The time recovers once you return to being small.

2. Sea Battle Classic “Lite”

I would usually object as to putting a lite version in this article, but what happens is that there is no full version. This game is the same game as the well known “Battleship” game. It features paper graphics. And you may choose as to where you put your boats, but you cannot rotate them. This game is great if you wish to pass time.

3. Star Link

This is a puzzle game that consists of joining stars with the limit of links you can put to a star. This may seem quiet difficult to understand but in reality it is not. There are stages of 9 stars (3*3), 16 stars (4*4), and even 25 stars (5*5). Each star contains a number in it. That is the number of links it has to form. You join it with another star to form the link. Then you have to make every star join another with the number of links that it says. The only condition is that links cannot cross.

4. Lemonade Tycoon

This game is a great game for those usual “tycoon” game fans. This game consists of selling lemonade. You choose your inventory, your stage, upgrades, your recipe, and even your staff. Try to please your customer and try to get all the money you can out of them, but be careful. Too expensive drinks are going to be ignored by your customers. To make your drinks more expensive you first need to boost your popularity and to boost your popularity you need advertisement.

5. Tap Tap Revenge/ Tap Tap Revenge 2

This game has been a hit. For those guitar hero fans, I would recommend this. Of course, it won’t be the same thing but it will be good for a handheld. This game includes already installed some songs, but you can download many others from the downloads section in the game. The game features four difficulty levels ending in expert.
