On Flash Games 71 – Meat Boy (Map Pack)
Difficulty is a charm all it’s own.
Greetings, dear readers. A late night sees On Flash Games move to it’s seventy-first life, covering the map pack for Meat Boy. Available here on Kongregate. You might remember that title from a review of Diamond Hollow posted the other day, on the topic of super-hard platformers. At least Super Meat Boy. I was unaware that the original Meat Boy was a flash game – and a hard one at that. Meat Boy plays like a fast-paced death-every-which-way platform game, and this particular game consists of levels cooked up by the most devious players of this game. For extra challenge, swing out to grab the bandages, which serve as a currency to unlock alternate characters, all who die with the same effecacy. After playing this, I can see why this game warranted a “Super” iteration.
