Find Rockhopper

First, make sure he’s online in Club Penguin, to do so go to the log in screen, as the username, type Rockhopper, as the password, type anything, if it says “Password case sensitive” then he is online, if it says otherwise, he is not.

Use search parties too, they help a lot, but you got to know how to use them. One penguin per server is how you do it, you don’t need any more than one penguin per server, some penguins have 6 penguins to the East, 2 penguins to the West, that’s not how you do it.

He is usually at heavily populated servers so he can meet lots of penguins. If you are not a member, then you have less chances of finding him because non-members don’t have 1st access to the the server.

Rockhopper is usually at the cove, dock, on his ship, the beach, ice burg or sometimes at the dojo to get away from the crowds.

That’s another thing Rockhopper will usually be in the middle of the crowd and if you want to see his player card and get the items he gives out then don’t try to click on him- there are going to be too many penguin surrounding him to see his player card that way. Either click on the blue bar at the top with an arrow to see what people have recently said and if rockhopper said something click on his name. Or, get out your buddy list, at the bottom there are 3 icons, click the one in the middle, it will show the name of every penguin in the room, you might have click down until you see Rockhopper, click on his name to view his player card.

If you hear penguins saying Rockhopper just left, click on a few player cards to see if they have they have the item Rockhopper is giving out at the time to be sure he actually was there. check all around the server to see if he’s somewhere else, he would usually be in the room next to you.

If you can’t enter a room because it’s full, he’s most likely in the room, but ask around if is in the room because some penguins may have just came out of the room and would know. If you think he is in the room then wait outside the room, preferably in a room where he would be more likely to come into after his visit to the room he was currently in. For example, if you think he’s in the beach, wait at the dock, not ski village, he’s more likely to go to the dock, he likes water.
