Five Personal Favorite Online Games
Here’s a short review of a few personal favorite games of mine, take a look and let me know what you think.
Lately I have lost a lot of interest for computer games. I don’t know exactly why but I do know I look for the best quality in games. I like to try a lot of free MMO/MMORPG games, and only the free ones, although I did play WoW for a little bit, it just wasen’t my scene. So rest assured the games on this list are all worth a try.
In the list I look at Gameplay first, if the game isen’t fun then I’m not going to play it. Next comes the graphics, then the sound. So sit back and enjoy a good read on my personal favorite games for the multiplayer world.
Mu Online
Although now this game is very “old” looking and pixelated I still think this is a great game. The community for Global was always good, this was one of the first MMORPG games I ever got really into. It is also a great starter game for anyone wanting to get into this field of gaming. There are some quest but not a lot, it is mostly hack and slash and collecting, but the gameplay is very fun, the gems and all the items look beautifull. Now I guess they charge you to play after level 30 or 40, I don’t really remember it has been such a long time. The game is relatively small, about 300-500 MB’s from what I can remember, about a full CD-R worth.

So if it just a hack and slash what is so fun about it? Well, most people just try to increase the levels of the weapons and armor, there is a pet’s system from what I last read that was implemented, about 5 characters I believe and each character has a different stage you can progress to that unlocks more spells and goodies.

The game all-in-all is still a good download, if I were you I would try out some Private Servers over at Ragezone, register on there forums and check it out. Private servers can be better in some respects, but don’t expect a good community. Private servers usually pump the juice up in games like this, like 1000x the normal rate of Exp, and better weapons, easier leveling, and it will really give you a better understanding of the game and all of its’ characters.
So, I’d say give it a try if you are new to MMORPG’s!
- Gameplay – 8.3/10
- Graphics – 6.7/10
- Sound – 8.1/10
EuDemons Online
This game is a little interesting. It was developed by TQ Digital, another MMORPG site that offers a range of games. EuDemons focuses on creatues you fight with called EuDemons, you level them up with you, and there is a ton of them. You can either find them dropped from Mobs as Eggs, which then require hatching for 1 hour to obtain.

Some EuDemons are rare, others aren’t. You could think of it like a badass pokemon game, I guess. Only with no gay animations and characters. The gameplay of this game is very fun, and there are a ton of quests that were added recently, so there should be lots of time spent into this game doing more than just hack and slash.
The Graphics are amazing as well, they look computer drawn and marked up, it is visually stunning for the type of game it is, and it dosn’t take a very powerfull computer to get the best out of it. My old Celeron 2.9Ghz Ran this game fine.

They have a mentor system for new players, and lots of help files, this game is players that are experinced in the Mmorpg field as there is lots of thinking ahead for your eudemons and you yourself.
EuDemons is also another game I would try out if I were you, but newbies beware!
- Graphics – 9.2/10
- Gameplay – 8.7/10
- Sound – 8/10
Zero Online
Zero Online is a game I recently started playing a few days ago, so I really can’t say to much about it, It took me about a day to get to level 43 and there is a lot of quests in this one as well. This is another game that was made by TQ Digital, it looks to run off the exact same engine as EuDemons, mayber there are some differences but none my eye could spot.

Zero is just like EuDemons, online without the creators. It’s more like a Mech Warrior type game. You have your own mech that you use as a character, you can evolve it at different levels, I believe it to be levels 20/40/60 and 100.
Unfortunetly I can’t say much about this game, but it is a new favorite of mine, so I would check it out, the gameplay is just as fun if not better than EuDemons and it shouldn’t be as complicated, so I would try this one out first before EuDemons.

I’m not going to bother rather the Graphics/Sound and Gameplay, it is all basically the same as EuDemons.
Guild-Wars
Although this is not a free game, there is only a one time fee to pay for your own cd key. Now there is a few expansions to this game, I have only played the first one because I’m just to damn cheap to buy the others.
The Graphics is one of the winners in this game, it is stunning, I very beautifull world. Shadows work good with each other, water looks clear and refreshing. The mobs are also done very well.

What really makes Guildwars Different is that it is all about the Missions/Quests. You load quests “levels” either Solo or with a team. And there is no one else but you and your party going through big quests.
The maximum level in the game last time I checked was 20, but it is very hard to get to that point, which is another reason this game is very unique. It is a one of a kind game that definitely deserves a test drive if you have a good gaming computer, aftermarket video card is highly recommended, and a dual core processor would be good, but not required. I played it very well on a FX 5700LE 128MB and a Celeron 2.9ghz, back in the day that is. I don’t know how the new expansions run on older systems though.

- Graphics – 9.7/10
- Gameplay – 9.4/10
- Sound – 9.5/10
World of Warcraft
I know a lot of people are going to hate me for this, but I think WoW just sucks. They made it sound so good at first, but after I tried it, I just hated it, it was very boring, although the worlds were huge, you get confused easy. Also, if you never played a Warcraft game, you my as well back off, you’re going to be a little lost, and might not be as into as a lot of the other games in the WoW world. This game is like a cult, why I don’t know.

They could have made the game a lot better, the Controls are excellent, this is the only game where I felt the controls were really easy to get used to, and simple. Allowing users to jump and the classic WASD control scheme makes this game great as far as movement and attacking goes.
This is a game that you are just going to have to try out for yourself to see if you like it, I really can’t help you out in any other area.
- Graphics – 7.5/10
- Gameplay – 8.9/10
- Sound – 9/10
