Frontierville – Herd Your Horses Missions Series Guide

On March 30, 2011, FrontierVille released a new functional building, the Corral, and a new series of missions to go along with it. Completing this five-part mission series will grant the player a variety of rewards. Here are the requirements and rewards for all five parts of this goal series.

Part 1: Horses Like Homes, Too

Requirements

• Place the Corral
• Hire Bess
• Have 1,000 Wood

Rewards

• 100 XP
• 1 Hay Hook (Part of the Barn Collection)
• Experience to share via feed post

NOTES

• The Wood will be consumed to finish this mission.
• Click on Bess to hire her.
• The Corral is available from the Market. It costs 9 Coins and 5 Wood to buy the Corral Frame.

Part 2: Corral of Champions

Requirements

• Customize Corral
• Collect 15 Horse Beddings (Ask friends or Unlock for 105 Horseshoes)
• Hire 5 Friends (Unlock for 40 Horseshoes)

Rewards

• 125 XP
• 5 Ribbon
• Tools to share via feed post

NOTES

• Horseshoes are the game’s premium currency.
• You must finish the Corral before you can customize it.
• The Beddings will be used up to complete this mission.
• Get Beddings by posting a request to your news feed for them.
• You can also get the Beddings by answering your friends’ feed requests.

Part 3: Collectin’ Vittles

Requirements

• Clear 10 Debris on Neighbors’ Homesteads (Unlock for 50 Horseshoes)
• Harvest 80 Apple Trees on Your Homestead (Unlock for 80 Horseshoes)
• Harvest 65 Corn on Your Homestead (Unlock for 130 Horseshoes

Rewards

• 150 XP
• 10 Cloth
• Cloth to share via feed post

NOTES

• Debris includes Grass, Cacti, Wildflowers, Thorns, Rocks, and Skulls.
• Apple Trees ripen every 30 minutes.
• Corn costs 225 Coins per plot to plant and takes 12 hours to grow to maturity.

Part 4: Pony Penning Day!

Requirements

• Purchase Any Horse (Unlock for 10 Horseshoes)
• Collect 15 Horse Blankets (Unlock for 105 Horseshoes)
• Collect 2 Corral Daily Bonuses (Unlock for 30 Horseshoes)

Rewards

• 200 XP
• 1 Horse Grooming Brush Collectible
• Experience to share via feed post

NOTES

• Get Horse Blankets by posting a request to your News Feed for them.
• You can also get Horse Blankets by answering your friends’ feed requests for them.

Part 5: Giddy’ap, Pardner!

Requirements

• Mount a Horse (Unlock for 20 Horseshoes)
• Dismount a Horse (Unlock for 20 Horseshoes)
• Harvest 40 Peppermints (Unlock for 190 Horseshoes)

Rewards

• 300 XP
• 1 Sugar Cube Treat
• Peppermints to share via feed post

NOTES

• Peppermint is a tree available for purchase in the Market. Each Peppermint costs 200 Coins.
• Once the Peppermint is fully grown, it can be harvested every four hours.
