Money Making Guide

This guide will help you how to easily earn money.

General Money Making Guide:

Buying low and selling high Trick:

There is possibly one of the best methods for making money in almost every game. This method is also known as merchanting. The name of the method is practically self explanatory. You buy items for a low price, and re-sell them for a higher price. This works extremely well with CS items, upgraded items/sets, and Shining Orics/Sunstones/Moonstones.

There are many ways you can use this:
Shouting with full shout
AFK vending in Darkon or any other populated area (do not open a shop in Flaris or the Arena)
Buying items in Darkon or any other through any other private shops, and reselling them for a slightly higher price.
Starting a thread on the forums in the buying/selling sections

The Requirements are as follows:
You need a decent amount of money to make a large profit through this method, but you can always start small, with things such as moonstones and sunstones, or green items/pets.
Patience to resell or buy your items.
This method also requires some basic knowledge on the prices of items. Don’t just randomly buy items if you don’t know what it is worth.

Add in another player:

Looks like a pretty complete guide. I’d like to add that on merchanting, the best way to make BIG money without major risks, is reselling truely exclusive items which you know serveral wealthy people REALLY want. I’m talking about 700+ mp awakaned suits, knucks, or preferably shields, vampire axes, etc.

Assume you have the best bp shield, every bp will want it. For items as these, there is no ‘common price’ like sunstones variating a little. You decide the price. The buyer only decides whether he’s paying or skipping it. A very effective way is getting items as these for chars you can use anyways, and using these items until you’ve sold them. It takes time, but you can make up to 10b profit of an item you could use if you couldn’t get it sold either way.

Selling your Global party

Another semi-slow way to make money, but it is always gives you a little extra money. Just make sure that you don’t get scammed or you’ll be crying all around :)

Requirements:

A party [Of course]
Get your party to at least level 40 [Quite effective]
Use Full Shout to sell your party.
At least one other member in your party, in case if you disconnect.

AFK Gold Pill Selling:

This is by far, one of the slowest ways of making a large amount of cash. This method is done by buying stacks (9999) of gold pills from Darkon 3. After you get them, you can sell them anywhere from 25-35k. The default NPC price is 20k per piece, meaning you can get 5-10k in profit per gold pill.

Best areas to sell Gold Pills:
Darkon on server 1

Requirements:
Enough patience to sell a decent amount of gold pills
Enough money to buy gold pills off the NPC’s

G-potatoes:

Buying gpotatoes is possibly one of the easiest ways to make money. They can go anywhere from 15-25mil per 100 points depending on which server you play on.

Best ways to sell cash shop points:
Make a thread in the selling section
Full shout in game
[slow] Create a private shop and change your title to: “Selling Gpotatoes Leave Offers”
Friends.

Requirements:
Some patience to sell your points
Real life money to buy the cash shop points

Joining Events and Contests

Join any contests and events, and hopefully win a prize.

Reselling Red Chips from Siegers and Raiders OR partake in these events

This method is pretty easy to make money off of. Since there is NPC to buy red chips off of (if you win in siege), it will be pretty easy to buy them and resell them for a higher price. All you have to do is wait outside of the NPC’s in Flaris, and shout saying that you are buying Red Chips. This method is much easier to do, if you know a winning siege contestant. OR partake in these events by joining a guild.

Requirements:
Have enough money to buy red chips off of a player, or get them for free if you know someone who is in it.
Have enough patience to re-sell red chips.

Best way to resell/sell  them:
Create a private shop in Darkon or any other area.
Full shout that you are selling the red chips.
Trade 10,000 chips and get the blade set, and upgrade it/sell it.

[RISKY]: Upgrading Equipment/Jewelry

Upgrade jewelry or equipment, and hopefully make a profit off of it.

Requirements:

Enough money or enough patience to buy protects and upgrading materials.
Patience to sell the equipment or jewelry

[RISKY]: Upgrading/awakening Normal Pets

Upgrade and redo levels of pets with blessing of pet tamers. Hopefully get a decent pet off upgrading, and sell it for a larger profit, then with what you spent on it.

The Requirements are as Follows:

Enough money to upgrade or buy pets. Items needed include: blessing of pet tamers, eggs or pets, pet feed, egg hatchers (optional), Pet Energies (to raise the amount of lives of your pet), and other items.
Enough money to awaken your pets.
Patience to sell the pet or make the pet.

- Kill clockworks
- Do Red Meteonyker runs when they are fixed and hopefully get bloody items or jewelry.
- Kill the new bosses/do the new dungeons and hopefully get the new jewelry, armor, remantis laccotte, boxes, or weapons.
- Kill giants for items, or greens.
- Others

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaMzBWtGPPk

Requirements:

Have good enough equipment to kill the bosses
Deal with the looters that may come across sometimes
Have patience with the spawns/with killing them

Awakens

As always, this method is not guaranteed, but if you get a good awaken, you can sell it for a large sum of cash. Just keep on awakening items. The best items to awaken are the most used items, such as shields, swords, yo-yos, knuckles, etc.

requirements:
A lot of luck
Money to buy items/scrolls of awakening
Reversions if you are going to awaken expensive items
A lot of patience

Farming

Farm for items in any area. The most recommended areas would be Azria. Azria has a high amount of penya drops (anywhere from 50-200k, or possibly more), with a decent rate of greens and other equipment/items dropping.

Add in by another player:

You can also make a Full STA Knight and AOE as much as you can till you get 200M+ From picking up Penya off the floor from your mobs all day….(Patience it will take a long time.) Yeah boring, but it will be worth it once you get enough to get a CS Pet then when you get a CS Pet you should be broke, but you don’t have to worry because you have a CS Pet and your a Full STA AOE Knight you will be getting 3M Penya in 30 Minutes which is quick and when you get enough buy a Azria ticket and you should be broke again, but don’t worry when your in Azria in a hour you’ll over 200M+ And you can keep on buying Azria tickets and get over 3B a day or so if you don’t stay on the whole day.
~I recommend this to starters or people who want to make money easily~
It might not be a good way to get money, but I think it’s best for me well, I don’t know go try it and see =) I’m just thinking from the top of my head so it could be kind of stupid.

Requirements:

Preferably an AOE character
Good enough equipments to farm
Patience

Picking up your drops:

- Try to get a CS pet and pick up all of your drops and hopefully get good items like Sunstones, moonstones, and other drops.

Gianting:

Kill giants to get money, drops and possibly rares (greens, upgraded jewelry, green weapons, etc.).

Quests:

You can do quests if you want, you get some money from it, but you have to turn in quite a bit of quest items.

Surveys:

You can do surveys on the website now, and you can get free g-potatoes, and sell them to people.

Events:

There are a few events you can participate in. I recently bought 5 perfect B class pets for pretty cheap, and made quite a large profit.

Maybe you forgot the FS assist technique :

Make a FS, go and find a partner and deal with him to split up drops. After lvl 60, you get to have nearly all your sets that way for free and can sell the normal items or even get to have some greens.
