Murder Game: The Top Model Murder Case
Who is the murderer of the model Catherine Vincenti? Start your own online investigation here: because this is what one of the suspects, J.P. Vandam, has to say about it…

What J.P. has to say:
On that horrible day, I was lured with a false pretext into the rendez-vous hotel where Catherine and I already had met before on various occasions.
I got a mail from a hotmail address with a picture of the hotel and one single line: “Surprise me and come & get your ring… now!”
It’s obvious this was an invitation of the murderer of Catherine. He or she knew how Catherine liked to play this sort of exciting love games.
The door of the garage I hired near the rendez-vous hotel was closed. I went in to check if Catherine’s car was already there, as I always did… and I stumbled upon her body… She was sitting in the car, behind the wheel, unconscious… and the engine was still running.
I called the police. At first sight, it all seemed to indicate suicide. Or even an accident, because it turned out Catherine also had taken some sleeping pills. It was a well known “secret” that Pierre, her dealer, had ensured she became addicted to alcohol, pills and coke. A lethal cocktail…
It was possible that Catherine fell asleep in the car, or had lost consciousness while she was sitting behind the wheel, the engine still running. The autopsy, however, revealed that she was beaten unconscious… and that my ring was “printed” in her cheeck.
I now was a prime suspect. But as I repeated again and again: what was my motive, then? I had none! Why should I have wanted to kill my famous and beautiful mistress?
It was clear, this had to be a set-up. My ring was stolen a day before, from my house, and was miraculously found there again… by the police, under my bed! They had received an anonymous phone call, so they knew where they had to search!
I was framed. The question is: by Fred? Pierre? Delphine?
Catherine had to pay Pierre a small fortune… He said it was a loan. Among friends. But you don’t want to believe this guy, do you?
If it was a loan, why was he then following Catherine? Why was he taking pictures of my encounters with her? Right, his pictures gave me some sort of an alibi because they showed I wasn’t wearing my ring when I went to the hotel… Nevertheless, why was he blackmailing her?
Pierre stated that, if he didn’t get the money soon, he would show poor old Fred some hot stuff of Catherine and me. But before she could pay him, he already had sold some of his pictures to Fred…
And the rest, well… is history, I guess.
It was Delphine who brought me in contact with Catherine. To be honest, I started something with Delphine to get in touch with Catherine. Delphine is a rather dull girl, she has nothing of her famous little sister. I knew Catherine had some problems. She didn’t want to talk to journalists anymore, so if I could get to her, thanks to her sister… that would be a fine story, wouldn’t it? My strategy worked out well, but then I fell in love with her, just at the moment her relationship with Fred was racing full speed downhill.
My ring with the precious stone… I only put it off before having sex or when I went to sleep… Suddenly, the ring was gone… and the next day there was this picture in my mailbox, with that message… I thought it was Catherine again, who had taken my ring and was playing one of her exciting little love games.
But it wasn’t Catherine. It was her killer, playing a murder game.
