1-40. Cook raw shrimp. This is available to free and pay to play members. This averages around 32,000 experience an hour.

You can also try cooking raw herring. This fish is avaiable to both free and paying members. This method averages around 50,000 experience an hour.

Trout is the next thing you can try. Again, it’s available to all free and paying members that play Runescape. It averages around 70,000 experience an hour, more or less.

40-90. Cook raw salmon. Again, this method is currently available to all players playing Runescape. It averages around 85,000 experience an hour.

Cooking raw tuna has the least money lost if you don’t burn any. This method is available to free and pay to play members. It roughly averages around 103,000 experience an hour.
