From levels 1-10 train on chickens with a short bow and bronze arrows. Once you hit level 5 switch to oak short bow.

From levels 11-20 train on cows. Once at level 20 switch to a willow short bow.

From levels 20-40 train on minotaurs in the strong hold of security. Once at level 30 switch to a maple short bow.

From levels 41-60 train on hill giants. Switch to magic short bow at 50

From levels 61-80 train on yaks with bronze knives for very fast training or kill on aviansies for slow training but lots of money.

From 80-99 kill the monkey zombies in ape atoll with red chinchompas. Remember when doing this method you will need lots of prayer potions. This method is the fastest way to get 99 but it is very costly, you will need to spend 40-50 mill.
