What it would mean to have 99 Range
Kill people fast, Nice cape, 99 in the best skill ( What I think is the best )
1-10 Chickens either in Lumby or Fally Pick up feathers for cash No need for safe spot
10-20 Cows Found in Lumby or falador You can make some good cash here You can range across the fence and get Ur things by running in
20-40 27 Minotaurs found under Barbarian village safe spot here
40- 60 Flesh crawlers found under barbarian village safe spot here
60-99 Lesser demons Found on karajma Safe spot here
60-99 Red spiders found in var rock sewers. These are my favorite because you can attack a couple of them at once. Safe Spot here
60-99 Moss giants found in sewers

Ranging is a hard skill to get to 99 if you are going to do f2p and if you compare it to Cooking of fl etching. It takes time and effort. Try to achieve yoUr goal and take it one step at a time.
Also use the best equipment you can have like bows, armor, amulet ring, but always use a bronze or iron arrows for training. No point of buying any other because Ur trying to train and trying not to lose a lot of money. Using any other arrows is good for Person vs person.
The lesser demons are found in the cave towards the back of the island. By the way
